Showcase Milwaukee was conceived from an idea developed by Sheila Baker while she was employed as an Executive Assistant to the President of a major Milwaukee corporation. In this capacity, she saw first hand how difficult it could be to convince a candidate to relocate to the Milwaukee area.

 

In 2007, Showcase Milwaukee became a stand-alone division of Destination Wisconsin. Since its inception, Showcase Milwaukee has assisted many Milwaukee corporations with securing top executive talent.

 

We have proven that with better planning and interaction with the candidate and their family, their concerns about relocating can be addressed and usually resolved.
